Cancellation Policy

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS Membership Cancellation & Credit Policy – 3-Month and 6-Month Commitments All training packages are non-refundable. Clients enrolled in a 3-month or 6-month commitment plan are required to fulfill the full duration of their agreement; early cancellations are not permitted. To discontinue your membership after the completion of your contract term, written notice must be provided at least three (3) days prior to your next scheduled billing date. Failure to do so may result in an additional billing cycle. In the event of injury or a medical condition that prevents you from training, billing will continue as scheduled during the commitment period. However, any unused training sessions will be credited to your account for future use once the associated player is cleared to return. Clearance documentation from the player's medical provider is mandatory.
